Common questions

Recruitment questions, answered

How do your recruitment fees work?

Fees are agreed with you in writing before the search starts, so there are no surprises. If we do not place, you do not pay.

What happens if the person leaves early?

Every placement comes with a 12-week replacement guarantee. If the person leaves in that time, we find a replacement.

Can you help when we need to hire several people at once?

Yes. For a new shift, a new site or a seasonal peak, we run it as a volume hiring project. We scope it with you and agree one project plan, timeline and quote, then coordinate screening, offers and start dates. All roles are permanent.

Do you recruit for warehouse, factory and trade roles?

Yes. Blue-collar and award-heavy roles in warehousing, manufacturing, logistics, hospitality, trades and care are our focus.

Do you recruit for supervisors and managers too?

Yes. We recruit from frontline roles through to supervisors, managers and senior roles.

How long does it take to fill a role?

It depends on the role and the market. We agree a realistic timeline with you in writing before the search starts.

Who will I deal with?

Ian. He scopes the role, leads the screening and interviews, and stays in touch through to the 12-week check-in.
