Common questions

Questions about training and development

Can you train warehouse and factory teams on site?

Yes. Training is built for frontline teams and can be run at your site around your shifts, or online when that works better.

What topics do you cover?

Toolbox talks, leadership and manager capability, code of conduct, workplace policies and sexual harassment training. Sessions are scoped to your business, not a fixed catalogue.

Is this WHS or safety training?

No. This page is about practical people training — toolboxes, leadership, conduct, policies and sexual harassment. Psychosocial risk support is available separately; talk to Ian if that is what you need.

Do you train managers as well as frontline teams?

Yes. Many clients run short toolboxes for teams and longer sessions for supervisors and people leaders as one program.

How are fees handled?

Every engagement is scoped to your audience, topics and format, then quoted upfront after a free discovery call. We do not publish prices on the website.

Can training sit alongside HR consulting or employee relations?

Yes. Training often sits next to policies, investigations or ongoing HR support so what people hear in the room matches how the business actually operates.
